Problem

  • Following a disaster with the substation and a fire on the LVDB, the customer requested us – urgently – to bring back the power assembly of the wastewater treatment plant (capacity of 250 000 EH).
  • First phase: standby (2 weeks)
  • Second phase: operation (8 weeks)

Solution

  • Electrical power supply over 8 points of the wastewater treatment plant:
    • 2 generators 800 kVA (operation, floatation & composting)
    • 2 generators 500 kVA (Biofor, pre-treatment and deodorisation)
    • 1 generator 400 kVA (dehydration, digestion and filtration)
    • 1 generator 400 kVA a back-up for pre-treatment
  • 3 LVDB 2000 A = 2600 m of HO7RNF cables + 60 m of cable routing
  • Storage of GNR: 11 IBC tanks of 2000 L and 3000 L
  • 4 engineers from 2 branches – installation in less than 24 h
