Problem
- To allow fine and coarse screen rakes to be changed, the customer asked us to install a temporary pumping station to divert all the flows entering into the wastewater treatment plant.
Solution
- Complete installation of all the pumping equipment and electrical connection
- Pumped flow rate: 2700 m³/h not screened at 20 m TDH
- Additional emergency flow rate: 1 350 m³/h
- Equipment deployed for the pumping station:
- 3 electric 110 kW surface pumps
- 1 vacuum pump container + 1 workshop container

- 1 distribution cabinet 2500A + 3 speed regulator cabinets 110/160 kW
- 1 vacuum collector of Ø 800
- Information passed to the central PC of the WWTP
- 24h on-call service by our engineers + changing over every half day
- Duration: 7 days
