Problem

  • To allow fine and coarse screen rakes to be changed, the customer asked us to install a temporary pumping station to divert all the flows entering into the wastewater treatment plant.

Solution

  • Complete installation of all the pumping equipment and electrical connection
  • Pumped flow rate: 2700 m³/h not screened at 20 m TDH
  • Additional emergency flow rate: 1 350 m³/h
  • Equipment deployed for the pumping station:
    • 3 electric 110 kW surface pumps
    • 1 vacuum pump container + 1 workshop container
    • 1 distribution cabinet 2500A + 3 speed regulator cabinets 110/160 kW
    • 1 vacuum collector of Ø 800
  • Information passed to the central PC of the WWTP
  • 24h on-call service by our engineers + changing over every half day
  • Duration: 7 days
